Step 2: We will calculate your motor insurance premium based on the required sum assured for vehicle and any add-ons such as the windscreen, additional name drivers and passenger liability.

Step 3: Make a cash-payment for insurance and road tax renewal.

Step 4: Collect the new road tax windscreen sticker and insurance note.

Remote Renewal

Step 1: Provide us with your previous year insurance cover note. You can do so by WhatsApp, instead of walk into our office.

Step 2: We will get back to you to identify your desired sum assured for the vehicle and any add-ons such as windscreen, additional name drivers, passenger liability, etc.

Step 3: We let you know the total amount you need to pay.

Step 4: Make a payment via online bank transfer or cash deposit at ATM.

Step 5: Send us your proof of payment.

 

Step 6: We proceed to renew your motor insurance and road tax.

 

Step 7: Your new road tax windscreen sticker and insurance cover note will be despatched via Poslaju or courier service, depending on the availability of service in your area. Our customers usually receive the documents on the following day. Extra days are required if documents are sent out on a Friday or when the next day is a public holiday.
